To maintain the waterproof coating, we recommend cleaning your bag with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid machine washing, dry cleaning, or using harsh chemical detergents.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer carbon-neutral shipping worldwide. Orders within the EU typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
